With over 10 years of experience, Rafael became a visagist, specialist in scissor work and fades, combining technique and sensitivity to create modern, personalized cuts aligned with each client’s style. Beyond technique, his hallmark is service: Rafael always seeks to welcome each client in the best way, offering a complete experience to find the perfect cut and ensure everyone leaves satisfied, confident and well cared for.

Cícero Jhonattan, born on August 7, 2001, is the newest member of the Barbearia Rafael Barros team. He started with us last Friday and has already brought his experience and talent to enhance our service. With over 5 years in the profession, Cícero is a complete barber: he masters fade techniques, works excellently with scissors, and delivers modern, precise and personalized cuts. Beyond technique, he stands out for being polite, receptive and attentive, always focused on offering clients the best experience. We’re very happy to have Cícero on our team, as we know he will further raise our quality and strengthen our mission: delivering not just haircuts, but care, style and confidence to every client.
